This Salad bowl or serving is only on sale because of the difference in glaze colour. The turquoise glaze creates an effect reminiscent of the sea: circles forming where different droplets come together. At the bottom, another effect emerged that is difficult to describe, where both colour and shape developed in a way I had never seen before. All captured well in the pictures.
Although the glaze developed differently from others in my collection, the pottery itself remains just as durable and made for everyday use for many years to come. With its organic shape and presence, this handmade bowl brings warmth and character to any table setting.
The size is about 28cm/11" wide and ca 9cm/3.7" tall.
